200 calorie snack for work

This is a great 200 calories snack for those of you with a sweet tooth. I ate this about an hour before swimming as I didn't want too full of a belly during my exercise. It's a great combination of protein, fat, and carbohydrate.

  • 1 whole eggland's best boiled egg
  • 1 serving of rice pudding

  1. I'm just curious why Eggland's Best Egg? Are their eggs better than regular eggs?

  2. read the inside of the carton. they are grain feed and hormone free.

  3. I've seen a lot of other eggs that are vegetarian fed, hormone and antibiotic free.
    Have you ever tried pasteurized eggs? They're really good if you like your eggs undercooked or raw since they don't have bacteria.
